In late 2025, Amazon introduced a new FireTV operating system (VegaOS) that is not backwards compatible with their existing operating system. As of this time, there are three devices in-market running that OS, the Fire TV Stick 4K (3rd Gen, 2026), FireTV 4K Select and the newest FireTV Stick HD. If you have any of these devices, you will not be able to install NESN 360 on them at this time. If you have installed the app on the device in the past, you may experience display issues, and you will not be able to upgrade to the latest release.
Rest assured, our team is actively working to support the newer devices, and we will share updates as soon as compatibility becomes available.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
