There are a few scenarios that may lead to a blank watch screen on various NESN 360 platforms. Here are some things to check:
- Internet connection: make sure that your device is still able to access the internet, and that you can use other streaming apps. If your internet connection was disrupted, you may want to restart your router, then log out and back into the NESN 360 app.
- Ad-blockers: some ad blockers may identify NESN or critical NESN third-party integrations as ads, and block access to them, preventing NESN 360 from getting data required to populate the Watch screen. (Specifically, Frontier internet customers may have eero Secure service set up as part of their package).
- Firewall or Router site Blacklisting: if you or your internet provider is blacklisting NESN.com or some of the third-party integrations for NESN 360, then you could experience issues with authentication and content display. Contact your internet service provider if you don't know how to check this yourself

If white listing the domains does not work, create a new profile in the Eero app that has ad blocking turned off, then assign the Roku device(s) to that profile
