There may be an instance where you want to cancel your cable package and would like to immediately purchase a NESN 360 subscription. In this instance, you may have difficulty de-linking your cable provider from your account due to an internet cookie. You will need to delete the cookie to be able to go through the NESN 360 subscription flow. Instructions to do this for each browser are below:
- Edge: Go to the three dots section on the top right-hand corner of the browser. Scroll down to settings and press cookies and site permissions. Then click manage and delete cookies and site data. Press see all cookies and site data. Type (sp.auth.adobe.com) into the search cookies bar. Press the down arrow on the side of the bar and press the trash can.
- Chrome: Go to the three dots section on the top right-hand corner of the browser. Scroll down to settings and press settings. Click privacy and security and then click cookies and other site data. Scroll all the way down to see all cookies and data and click that. Type (sp.auth.adobe.com) into the search cookies bar. Click the trash can on the side.
- FireFox: Go to the three lines section on the top right-hand corner of the browser. Scroll down to settings and press settings. Click privacy and security and scroll down to cookies and site data. Press manage data. Then type (sp.auth.adobe.com) into the search cookies bar. Press remove selected and the click save changes.
- Safari: Click the Safari word in the top left corner. Scroll down to preferences, click privacy and then manage website data. Then type (sp.auth.adobe.com) in the search bar and click remove and then done.
