If you are experiencing issues with the live stream on a connected TV device, you may need to select a lower level tier. To do this, click on the screen to bring up the playback controls.
Next, click on the settings' gear icon and select "Video Quality".
Change the setting from Auto to 720p to start, and wait for 15-30 seconds for the switch. If you're still experiencing problems, try the 540p or 480p options.
If changing the quality doesn't address you issues, then please open a support ticket and include the make and model number of your device.
