I'm watching the game, and I cannot get it to expand to full screen.

If you are watching a live event on the home screen of NESN 360, just click the center of the screen twice to expand to full screen. If you are watching live on the TV channel, hover over the center of the screen until a bar appears at the bottom, and select the arrows in the bottom right corner to expand to full screen. See here:
