Why is 4K not working on my Apple TV?

Our NESN 360 4K is supported by the two most recent AppleTV 4K device types:

Apple TV 4K (2nd gen) 2021 Model A2169

Apple TV 4K (3rd gen) 2022 Model A2843

Older AppleTV Models are not Compatible with NESN 4K

Apple TV HD (4th gen) Model A1625:

Previously Apple TV (4th generation), Model number: A1625
