How Do I Set My Home Location (if app is showing me as out of market)?

If you are in New England (excluding Fairfield County, CT) you should have access to NESN 360, however some internet providers may assign an IP address that puts you out of market. You can now use your computer browser or smartphone GPS to verify that you're in region.

Set Home Location On Mobile

1. Tap on the Account icon in the bottom right of your app
2. Tap on Location
3. Tap on the "Set your Home Location" button
4. If prompted to "Allow NESN360 to use your location?" select "Allow While Using App"
5. Verify that the zip code displayed matches your home address, and tap on "Set as Home Location".

Set Home Location On Web

1. Click on the Person icon in the top right to go to the My Account section
2. Click on Location
3. Click on the "Set your Home Location" button
4. Click on Confirm - you'll see the ip address and zip code that is being detected. If this is correct, then click on Change Home Location

Note: you can only change your home location twice per year. If you need additional help then contact support.
