NESN 360 supports casting to Chromecast or AirPlay.
Here are some quick tips to ensure a smooth casting experience with NESN 360
- First, make sure that your phone and TV are on the same wifi network.
- Next, make sure that your phone is charged (or plug in your phone). Live video streaming uses a lot of memory and battery power.
- If you aren't seeing your casting target device listed on your phone/tablet, try restarting the device, or unplugging and replugging it in
- Make sure that the feed looks/sounds OK on your phone before you cast.
- Disable screen locking. If your phone locks while you're connected to AirPlay or Chromecast, the stream may get disconnected.
- When you are done watching, click on "stop casting" to disconnect your mobile device from the TV. If you don't stop the casting session, then you may not be able to re-cast the next game.
Casting Compatibility
Some smart TVs have Chromecast or AirPlay integrations, while others have their own proprietary screen casting/mirroring implementation. At this time, NESN 360 is only officially supported by Airplay and Chromecast, and other screen-casting integrations may not work, even if they have in the past.
