One of the most common issues with Roku users is that their Roku device email does not match their NESN 360 email, and so if they try to log in with the Roku email they will not have an active subscription.
Check, on your Roku device: Settings --> System --> About - to see the email that the Roku device is registered to. The default action for the Roku app is to log in with the device email, but that can be easily overridden by selecting "use different email" instead of "continue" for that popup. You will then need to click again on login to enter your NESN 360 username and password.
