If you are experiencing quality issues with NESN/NESN HD or NESN+/NESN+ HD please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Re-seat your HDMI cable. Check the connection between the cable box and your Television. If you want to watch NESN 4K content you'll need an HDMI cable that supports 4K and HDMI 2.0 or higher. Older HDMI cables (HDMI 1.4 or below) may not be capable of transmitting 4K signals. Make sure the cable is securely connected to both your device and the display.
- Restart your router. Even if you aren't having problems with any other channel, restarting your router and/or cable box may help clear up any issues with the NESN broadcast.
- Contact your TV Provider. Your TV Provider can check for outages in your area or they may be able to detect whether there is a problem with your equipment.
