How do I redeem my Bruins tickets?

You’ll need to start by filling out the form sent to your e-mail to verify your information with us. When filling out the form, please use the same email that you used to sign up for NESN 360. This form will confirm where we need to send your ticket redemption email. 

Once you have filled out the form, within 48 hours you will receive a link from NESN via e-mail (sports@mailer.nesn.com will be the e-mail that it comes from). The email will be sent to the email address that you used to sign up for NESN 360. If you haven't received the email and have searched for it in your junk and still cannot find it, please reach out to us at 617-963-0707.

You will need to click the Ticketmaster link in the email you received titled “Your 2 Bruins tickets and 15% off BostonProShop.com”

Then sign in. 

If you have purchased Bruins tickets on Ticketmaster before with the same email you used to sign up for NESN 360, simply login.

If this is the first time you’re purchasing Bruins tickets on Ticketmaster with this email, create a new account using the same email address and name with which you registered (and verified via the form with us) by clicking the “New to Ticketmaster? Sign Up” button

Once you are in to the website you will see a page with all of the available games to choose from for this promotion. Select which game(s) you’d like to redeem your tickets for.

Select your seats and ensure that you see the “NESN 360” promo code in green at the top of your screen.

Visit your shopping cart to view your $0.00 balance and verify your game details.

Complete the checkout steps and view your game details in “My Events”.
