I'm watching Red Sox/Bruins on an out-of-market product, why am I not able to view NESN's pregame, intermission or postgame shows?

The way that our broadcast is set up, this is not technically possible. The way that the leagues receive our game "feed" is different than our studio production, and ultimately we're not able to show our out-of-market viewers our studio shows.
