After buying the annual subscription, how do I go about redeeming the Red Sox tickets? 

For a limited time only, fans who purchase an annual plan will have 4 Red Sox tickets included in their purchase. Customers will receive an e-mail titled “Redeem your Red Sox tickets” from sports@mailer.nesn.com with 4 ticket codes. Customers should check their spam inbox for the e-mail if they haven’t received it within 5-7 business days.
