How can I get Red Sox and Bruins live game broadcasts outside of NESN's broadcast territory?

Many TV providers offer out of market league packages called MLB Extra Innings (MLBEI) and NHL Center Ice (NHLCI). These season long packages include most of the games that are broadcasted on NESN. Please note that some games may still be subject to blackouts (e.g., league restrictions that dictate that the Regional Sports Network of the team the Red Sox and/or Bruins are playing will be the only network available to MLBEI and/or NHLCI subscribers on those game dates).
