I live in NESN's home territory, but I am trying to watch NESN outside of New England. Why do I keep getting a blackout message?

Live broadcasts of MLB and NHL games are subject to territorial blackout restrictions. If you are receiving a blackout message, please try the following:

1. Check to make sure your Location Services are enabled.

2. Logging out and logging back into the app or on the website and then watching a livestream inside the New England market.
