When will I receive my ticket vouchers?
Please allow up 3-5 days after purchase for delivery of your ticket vouchers. Your vouchers will be sent via email from NESN. The email will come from NESN 360 (sports@nesn.com) with the subject line "Redeem your Red Sox tickets". If you still haven’t received your vouchers after 5 days, please make sure to check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Customer Care.
Does NESN do 4 free tickets every year for new subscribers?
NESN 360 offers different subscription promotions throughout the year. The ticket promotion is one of the more popular offers, and we try to make them available at least once a year.
The most recent promotion was active from February 19 through April 3, 2026.
So the ticket promotion is only for new subscribers?
The 4 free Red Sox ticket offer is only available to new Annual subscribers or Monthly subscribers who upgrade to the Annual plan.

How do I redeem my Red Sox ticket vouchers?
If you've signed up for the ticket promotion, you will receive an email from NESN within 3-5 days of purchase that includes your ticket vouchers. The email will come from NESN 360 (sports@nesn.com) with the subject line "Redeem your Red Sox tickets".
Once you have your vouchers, follow these steps to redeem your tickets:
- Head to www.redsox.com/mytickets and log in using the same email address with which you registered for your NESN 360 subscription.
- NOTE: if you have an MLB.com account registered to a different email address than your NESN 360 account, you should create a new MLB account that matches the email associated with your NESN 360 account to avoid any redemption issues.
- Select Vouchers either on the left side of the screen (desktop) or in the hamburger menu at the top, My Red Sox Tickets > Vouchers
- Enter your codes
- Once all codes have been entered, click “2026 NESN Voucher” to proceed. You will see the list of vouchers that you have.
- Note: if you also want to purchase tickets for the game, you will need to do that through a separate transaction.
Do I need to use all of the promotional Red Sox tickets for one game?
You do not need to use all of the tickets for one game. For example, if you have four ticket vouchers, you can redeem them for one seat at four different games, two seats at two games, or four seats at one game.
What is the redemption deadline, and how long do I have to use my tickets?
You must redeem your tickets by August 31, 2026, keeping in mind that ticket redemption is first-come, first-served, so if you wait too long, there may be no tickets left.
