Some additional details about logging in with your TV Provider

The NESN 360 back-end validates your NESN 360 login. Depending on which platform you are connecting to, you will either receive an OTP (one time password) code or a web link that will allow you to complete the process on a browser

Logging into your TV Provider

When you select your TV Provider from the list you are taken to a page that is managed by your provider. At this point, any issues are outside of NESN's hands. 

Some common problems:

1. NESN is not part of your cable package. If you don't have NESN as part of your cable package, then you will need to subscribe directly to NESN 360 if you want to watch using the NESN 360 app. If you are using a TV Provider for
2. Not receiving a code from your TV Provider. Some providers have two-factor authentication set up and that will often cause issues, especially if you are trying to login on a mobile device. We suggest disabling two-factor authentication temporarily in order to successfully authenticate.
   • Disable 2FA on your Xfinity Account
   • Disabling 2FA on Verizon

Other Notes

If you are watching NESN through an app other than NESN 360, then our app travel rules will not apply. You must use the NESN 360 app, and watch for at least 10 seconds on the device that you want to travel with.
