If you have NESN 360 as part of your Cable package, and your TV Provider has opted in to TVE (TV Everywhere) then you can watch NESN 360 on any supported device. If you haven't already registered for a NESN 360 account, then go to https://watch.nesn.com and click on Connect Your TV Provider
NOTE:
If you are using an iPhone or iPad to receive your email link, you may not be able to authenticate using your Safari browser. We suggest downloading the Chrome browser and pasting the login link directly.
Log in with TV Provider on The Web
- Go to https://watch.nesn.com and click on Connect Your TV Provider
- Click on SIGN IN at top
- Enter your email address - you will receive an email with a OTP (one time passcode).
- Click on Connect Your TV Provider
- Select your provider from the list and click on it - this will take you to a login page for the provider
- Enter your email and password for your TV Provider then click on Sign In to be brought back to the website
Log in with TV Provider on Roku
- Open the app, and click on "Connect your TV Provider"
- Use the email associated with your Roku account to sign in OR select "use different email" if your NESN 360 email is different
- Enter your email and click on "Get Verification Code"
- Within ~30 seconds, you will get an email from support@info.nesn.com with a login link. Click the link to be logged into https://watch.nesn.com.
- From the browser that you've just logged into, select and click on your TV provider
- Enter your TV provider credentials
- You will be automatically logged in and authenticated on your Roku TV
Log in with TV Provider on FireTV or GoogleTV
- Open the app, and click on "Connect your TV Provider"
- Enter your NESN 360 email and click on "Get Verification Code"
- If you are prompted again, click on Log In
- Within ~30 seconds, you will get an email from support@info.nesn.com with a login link. Click the link to be logged into https://watch.nesn.com.
- Select and click on your TV provider
- Enter your TV provider credentials
- You will be automatically logged in and authenticated on your TV
Log in with TV Provider on Apple TV
Note - this flow will work best if you're already logged in and authenticated in the web browser that you're using to authenticate with for the TV Provider
- Open the app, and click on "Connect Your TV Provider"
- Enter your email
- Click on "Get Verification Code"
- If you've already registered, you'll see a message "This account already exists". Click on Log In.
- Within ~30 seconds, you will get an email from support@info.nesn.com with a login link. This will bring you to the Choose a provider screen
- Select and click on your TV provider
- Enter your TV provider credentials - note, you will be brought to the Subscription Plans on the web, but you can ignore and close that.
- You will be automatically logged in and authenticated on your Apple TV
Log in with TV Provider on iOS
- Open the App and click on the LOGIN icon in the bottom right
- Enter your email to receive a verification code
- Enter the code to log into the app
- Click on Connect TV Provider in the iOS app
- Click on "Free access with your TV credentials" to expand the list of providers supported by NESN 360
- Choose and click on your TV Provider from the list. This will take you to a login screen where you need to enter your username and password for your TV Provider account
- You will then be logged into the NESN 360 app
Log in with TV Provider on Android Mobile
- Open the App and click on the LOGIN icon in the bottom right
- Enter your email to receive a verification code
- Enter the code to log into the app
- Click on the Account button in the bottom right
- Click on "Free with TV Provider" to advance to a screen with the list of providers supported by NESN 360
- Choose and click on your TV Provider from the list. This will take you to a login screen where you need to enter your username and password for your TV Provider account
- You will then be logged into the NESN 360 app
Log in with TV Provider on Vizio TV
- Open the app, and click on "Log In"
- Click on "Remote"
- Enter your email and click on "Get Verification Code"
- Within ~30 seconds, you will get an email from support@info.nesn.com with a login link and a code. Click the link or enter the code on the TV.
- Back in the app - click on Connect your TV Provider, and the "Resend email" button.
- Within ~30 seconds, you will get an email from support@info.nesn.com with a login link. Click the link to be logged into https://watch.nesn.com.
- Select and click on your TV provider
- Enter your TV provider credentials
- You will be automatically logged in and authenticated on your Vizio TV
