How To Manage your NESN 360 Web-purchased Subscription
- Log into https://watch.nesn.com/
- Click on My Account

Click on Subscription >
You'll see the following:
- Your Plan (monthly or annual)
- Last 4 digits of your credit card on file

How to Modify Your Account Email
- Log into https://watch.nesn.com/
- Click on My Account
- Click on Account Settings
- Click on the Pencil icon to the right of your email address - you will be sent a 6-digit code to your current email address before you will be allowed to modify your email.
- Enter the code. Then type in your new email and click on the "Verify Your New Email" button
- NOTE: if you don't have access to the original email, you will need to contact support for assistance.
How to Upgrade from Monthly to Annual (for web-based subscriptions only)
If you want to upgrade from a Monthly plan to an Annual:
- Log into https://watch.nesn.com/
- Click on My Account
- Click on Subscription >
- Click on Change Subscription
- Click on "Annual Plan" to select, then click on Subscribe
- Enter a promo code if you have one, then click on Confirm (or cancel to maintain the Monthly subscription)
NOTE: At this time, you can't automatically downgrade from Annual to Monthly. If you wish to do so, you will need to cancel your Annual subscription then sign up for a new Monthly subscription (can be with the same email account). If you need assistance, please contact support.
How to Modify Your Payment Method (for web-based subscriptions only)
- Log into https://watch.nesn.com/
- Click on My Account
- Click on Subscription >
- Click on Manage Payment
- Enter/modify billing information, click Continue
- Enter new credit card number, expiration date, and CVC number, then click on Update Card
How to Cancel your NESN 360 Subscription
- Log into https://watch.nesn.com/
- Click on My Account
- Click on Subscription >
- Click on Cancel Subscription
- Click on Proceed (or "cancel" if you change your mind)
- Any active subscription will be cancelled, but you will still have access to NESN 360 until the end of the current billing period. Contact Support for additional assistance.
How to Delete an Inactive NESN 360 Account
If you've cancelled your subscription and don't plan on re-subscribing, you can delete your account information and any associated user data:
- Log into https://watch.nesn.com/
- Click on My Account
- Click on Account Settings
- Click on Delete Account, then Proceed to Delete
You can also use THIS FORM to submit a request to delete your inactive account and associated data.
NOTE: If you subscribe to NESN 360 via one of the following devices, your subscription will be managed through the email that your device is registered to. For ease of management, it is highly recommended that you sign up for NESN 360 using that same email.
How To Manage Your NESN-360 Amazon Pay-Purchased Subscription
If you subscribed to NESN 360 directly through Amazon.com or through a FireTV device, then you will need to manage your account directly through Amazon.com under Accounts & Lists, Your Memberships & Subscriptions. It is highly recommended that you use the same email address for NESN 360 as you do to log into Amazon.com.
Please note that at this time, only Monthly subscriptions are available through Amazon Pay.
How To Manage Your NESN-360 Roku Pay-Purchased Subscription
If you subscribed to NESN 360 directly through Roku.com or through a RokuTV device, then you will need to manage your account directly through My Roku Subscriptions. It is highly recommended that you use the same email address for NESN 360 as you do to log into Roku.com
Please note that at this time, only Monthly subscriptions are available through Roku Pay.
How To Manage Your NESN-360 Vizio Pay-Purchased Subscription
If you subscribed to NESN 360 directly through Vizio.com or through a Vizio TV device, then you will need to manage your account directly through Vizio Subscriptions. It is highly recommended that you use the same email address for NESN 360 as you do to log into Vizio.com
Please note that at this time, only Monthly subscriptions are available through Vizio Pay.
