Question: I have signed into Roku with an active account and have been able to watch content in the past, but now when I try to watch NESN or NESN+ I'm being shown a screen telling me to subscribe or log in with my TV credentials.
Answer: Occasionally your authorization will expire and you will need to log out and back into the app. When you see the "Subscribe / Sign in with TV Provider" screen, try the following:
- Click on the "Not now" button at the bottom of that screen
- Navigate to the Account tab (far right)
- Click on "Manage NESN Account"
- Click on "Sign Out"
You may then want to restart your Roku device to clear any caches before logging back in.
