Problems Activating NESN 360 Subscription on Apple TV

If you are having trouble logging into Apple TV with your Cable TV subscription, please try the following:

1. Open an incognito window in Chrome on a computer (from a regular Chrome tab, click on File, New Incognito Window). NOTE: this will not work on a smart TV browser.
2. Open NESN 360 on your AppleTV
3. Take the URL under "Already have NESN through a TV provider?" on the left  - https://tv.nesn.com/ with a 6 digit code - enter this full URL into the incognito window
4. From the Create Account screen, go to "Already have an account? Sign In" - click on Sign In
5. Enter your NESN 360 username and password - if you have a direct subscription you should see a "Success!" message.
6. If you subscribe through a TV provider, then you'll be presented with the "pick your plan" screen. From "Use TV Provider", click on your cable provider then click on the Continue button.
7. You will be brought to a login page for that provider - enter the username and password that you use for that service.
8. You will then be brought back to the sign in page, and in a few seconds, your NESN 360 app should be authenticated.

For Xfinity customers: you may need to disabled two-factor authentication on your Xfinity account in order to be able to authenticate. Please see this article for details.
