Problems Activating NESN 360 Subscription on Fire TV

If you have NESN as part of your cable package and are having problems activating your NESN 360 subscription on your Fire TV, try the following:

1. Open an incognito window in Chrome on your computer (from a regular Chrome tab, click on File, New Incognito Window)
2. Log into https://nesn.com with your username and password
3. Go to Account, My Account, and under Subscription, click on Link your TV provider
4. Click on your TV provider from the list, and then click on the Continue button. This will take you to a login screen to enter the email/password associated with your Cable TV account.
5. optional: verify that you can watch content on the web
6. Open NESN 360 on your Fire TV
7. Take the URL under "Already have NESN through a TV provider?" on the left  - https://tv.nesn.com/ with a 6 digit code - enter this full URL into the same browser window that you just logged into
8. You may be prompted again to enter your cable provider username/password
9. In a few seconds, your Fire TV should be authenticated.
